In April this year I was an artist in residence for the INCUBATE program, run by Placemakers Gold Coast.
My project 'Push, pull' was led by a series of interviews with mothers or primary carers who have recently given birth and who work/worked in creative fields. Informed by these sittings, research, sketching and abstraction – I am creating a new body of painted works
